Hormonal Health Coaching
An Embodied, Integrative Approach to Perimenopause, Menopause, Weight changes, and Nervous System Regulation.
Rooted in Functional Medicine, Eastern Asian medicine, Somatic Experience, and Trauma-Informed Care.

Hormonal Health Coaching, as I practice it, goes beyond mindset or accountability. It is a whole-body, integrative process informed by clinical training, functional medicine principles, and trauma-informed somatic care.
Hormonal transition is not just a symptom season—it’s a whole-system shift. When hormones change, the nervous system changes too, and everything from sleep and mood to digestion, energy, and weight regulation can feel unfamiliar. My work brings the body back into steadiness first, then rebuilds what’s depleted, and supports hormones and metabolism from a place of regulation—not force.

The Body Map Journey
The body tells a story. Symptoms are not random—they’re signals.
We begin by listening, then respond with support that matches what the body needs.

Nervous System & Stress Physiology
Regulating the nervous system is the foundation. We explore stress patterns, safety, fight-flight-freeze responses, and how your body responds to pressure—so healing can begin from a place of steadiness.
Hormones & Cycle Transitions
Perimenopause, menopause, and cycle changes affect mood, sleep, temperature, libido, and emotional resilience. We support hormonal rhythms within the context of nervous system health—not in isolation.
Metabolism, Weight Changes & Blood Sugar
Weight gain or resistance to weight loss is often a stress and hormonal signal. We address metabolism, inflammation, cravings, and blood sugar regulation in ways that support your body rather than fight it.
Gut, Detox & Inflammation
Digestion, detoxification, and immune balance are deeply connected to hormones and stress. We look at gut patterns, inflammation, and detox pathways that influence energy, mood, and resilience.
Sleep, Energy & Restoration
Sleep disruption, fatigue, and burnout are signs the system needs restoration. We support circadian rhythm, adrenal recovery, and the body’s ability to truly rest and repair.
Once we understand where your body is asking for support, we build care around what matters most—layer by layer, at a pace your system can sustain.

The Path We Follow
Hormonal Support is for You IF...

-
You feel like a stranger in your own body—emotionally reactive, anxious, irritable, or low in a way that doesn’t feel like “you.”
-
PMS-type symptoms seems to last half the month, your emotions feel harder or impossible to regulate, and you don’t recognize how you’re responding anymore.
-
You are deeply exhausted—bone tired—with brain fog, forgetfulness, or memory changes that make daily life feel harder than it should.
-
Weight gain, sweating, joint pain, muscle aches, or other unfamiliar symptoms have appeared, and nothing you try seems to help.
-
You crash in the afternoon, feel wired but tired, or struggle to get restorative sleep.
-
You’ve been told this is “just perimenopause or menopause,” or that nothing is wrong—leaving you to believe you simply have to endure it.
-
You sense that stress or past emotional experiences may be affecting your body now, even if no one has helped you connect those dots.
Perimenopause and menopause are not meant to be endured in silence. These changes are invitations—not failures—and with the right support, you can feel good in your body again.

Start Here
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. If you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, weight changes, or nervous system overwhelm, the first step is a conversation. We’ll look at what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, and what kind of support will help you feel steadier, clearer, and more like yourself again.
