Healing From Within
Acupuncture treats the whole body from head to toe. It treats the root of the issue and the symptoms at the same time.
Acupuncture is one modality under the umbrella of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Your practitioner may speak with you about other modalities such as herbal medicine, massage, cupping therapy or moxibustion therapy.
Acupuncture is the insertion of hair-thin needles into anatomical areas of the body to treat dysfunction and pain, reduce stress and promote wellness. Patients may feel tingling sensation and feelings of deep relief or relaxation.
Acupuncture is Cumulative
Each treatment builds on the previous ones. Every acupuncture session is initiating the body's ability to heal. For best results, sometimes several treatments are needed in a shorter period of time in order to alleviate the symptoms.
For chronic conditions, once symptoms have been alleviated, it may be necessary to come in for maintenance treatments over the course of several months.
Our method is based on the latest science and research to achieve effective results. We focus on the individual needs of our patients while maximizing relaxation and comfort. Each treatment is customized according to the patient's health goals.
We may incorporate other modalities in the treatment to maximize the benefits and expedite the healing process.
