UNLOCK YOUR INNER PEACE
THE POWER OF QIGONG, MINDFULNESS, AND FOREST THERAPY
Embodied practices and community experiences that support nervous system regulation, resilience, and whole-body wellbeing.
These offerings are for women who want to feel more connected to their bodies—without needing to fix, push, or perform. Classes and gatherings create space to regulate the nervous system, build strength and flexibility gently, and restore a sense of steadiness through embodied practice.
You can attend a single class, join an ongoing series, or come simply to be in a supportive space.
