I am a hormonal health coach and licensed acupuncturist who supports women through an embodied, integrative approach that treats the whole person. My work blends functional medicine with somatic, trauma-informed care—honoring the body, nervous system, and life transitions as inseparable.

I hold a master’s degree in mental health and a master’s degree in Eastern Asian Medicine, am a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC). My clinical background is further informed by functional medicine principles and years of hands-on work with women navigating complex physical and emotional transitions.

Early in my career, I recognized that healing in our culture is often fragmented—treating the mind, body, and emotions as separate systems. I felt called toward a more integrated, embodied path. At the age of 25, this calling led me to Hawai‘i, where I began my training in massage therapy and was introduced to indigenous healing traditions that emphasized presence, respect for the body, and the honoring of rites of passage.

That foundation deepened through my formal training in Eastern Asian medicine—a system that understands symptoms as meaningful signals rather than isolated problems. Hormones, mood, digestion, energy, and emotional well-being are all part of the same internal conversation. This perspective continues to shape both my clinical and coaching work.

Today, I specialize in supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, weight changes, adrenal exhaustion, and nervous system dysregulation. I do not view this stage of life as something to fix, but as a rite of passage—an initiation into what I call the Wise Woman stage, marked by deeper wisdom, clarity, and embodied leadership.

Through somatic, trauma-informed coaching combined with functional nutrition, herbal medicine, and medical insight, I help women regulate their nervous systems, understand what their bodies are communicating, and reconnect with themselves. The goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to feel steady, clear, and at home in your body again—so you can step into this season of life with confidence, self-trust, and vitality.
