FEEL LESS STRESSED

Our society is full of to-do lists. We often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. Self care is essential especially when it comes to mental/emotional health. Stress can be seen as an insiduous energy that makes it's way into our bodies,  where it likes to hide. Often times, we aren't even aware it's there. We don't realize the havoc it's causing in our physical, emotional, and spiritual body. We have lived with it for so long, we have begun to ignore the signals our bodies are communicating indicating that it needs help!

With today's world, women often times are taught to ignore or "blow off" their emotions or stress. It often isn't validated or seen as significant.

However, research has shown our emotional bodies are deeply connected to our physical bodies and when there is an imbalance such as chronic stress, it manifests physically causing disease
